Kundalini Reiki: How does the Kundalini Energy work?

The root chakra, which is the central energy located next to the coccyx acts as the doorway for the Kundalini energy to enter. This energy is also known as the kundalini fire. On entering through the coccyx, this Kundalini energy runs throughout the body, right through the main channel and exits
from the crown chakra (the head).
