Meditation Group

Through the practice of meditation the soul illuminates over all areas of life. This is a group for all levels. Beginners through advanced welcomed.

Every other Sunday evening from 6:30 to 8:30
$10 per meeting

Group will be held at Wellness Boutique of Putnam.

The group will be lightly structured with discussion and/or questions, meditation, optional sharing, then some time to socialize with light refreshments.

The goal of the group will be individualized for each participant. Every experience will be different and honored. This is a group where we can take the time to be still and connect with yourself or higher source. Life becomes clear and more peaceful through a practice of meditation.
